Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund:
We appreciate to pay the fee for service request at 'Bharati GST Suvidha Kendra' or from any given link by the GSK. Website visitors or client pay for this service request, realizing that it is non-refundable.  However a buyer can submit a claim for refund for purchases made, by emailing (abhinav51423@gmail.com) and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by GSK, in its sole discretion.  In case refund is initiated by any means, GSK/Consultant will deduct an amount as consultation fee which may be @ Rs.5/min or for a minimum period of 1.40 hours.  Refund Request must be submitted within 0-7 days of the Payment and must before creating order at Portal. The buyer should ensure by the GSK that still their Payment have not used in to place order at Portal.  Once an order will place on portal there are no refund request will consider. In case of failure to do so by the Buyer, he/she agrees that it absolves GSK from any responsibility to facilitate the resolution of such dispute.

Cancellation:
The admin of the website and itself 'Bharati GST Suvidha Kendra' have the right to cancel the transaction made for service request at any time without assigning any reason. It is known that if any information is hidden or misinformed at any stage of a service request, it will be considered a violation of the Terms of Service.
