(सेवा अनुरोध स्थिति)

सेवा अनुरोध आईडी सफलतापूर्वक प्राप्त कर लेने के बाद सेवा निष्पादन के लिए न्यूनतम सात दिन का समय देना होता है।  यह समय अपलोड किये गये दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन के लिए होता है।  सत्यापन के बाद आपके सेवा अनुरोध को आगे की प्रक्रिया हेतु पोर्टल पर भेजा जाता है।  संबंधित पोर्टल की विभागीय औपचारिक्ताओं के बाद सेवा अनुरोधों का निष्पादन होता है।  सेवा अनुरोधों के निष्पादन का सफल या असफल होना यह ग्राहक की जिम्मेदारी होती है।  ग्राहक को यह चाहिए कि सही और पूरे कागजात अथवा राशि देकर अपने काम करवाएं।  इस अवधि में ग्राहक निम्न फॉर्म के माध्यम से अपने सेवा अनुरोध की अद्धतन स्थिती जान सकते हैं। वेबसाइट पर कोई भी फॉर्म भरने से पहले सूचित करें और पावती प्राप्त करें।"

"After successful receipt of Service Request ID, a minimum time of seven days has to be given for service execution. This time is for verification of uploaded documents. After verification your service request is sent to the portal for further processing. The service requests are executed after the departmental formalities of the respective portal.  It is the responsibility of the customer whether the execution of service requests is successful or unsuccessful. The customer should get his work done by giving correct and complete documents or amount. During this period, customers can check the status of their service request up-to-date through the following form. Before filling any form on the website, please inform and get acknowledgement."
